Job Requirements
- Experience scripting long-form YouTube content (commentary, educational, or video essay format)
- Demonstrated ability to develop original concepts and angles — not just topic summaries
- Strong outlining process — structure arrives sound, not rebuilt in feedback
- Writes from genuine curiosity and lived experience, not pattern-matching
- Available for weekly check-ins, bimonthly ideation sessions, and consistent pipeline contribution
- Baseline output: 3–4 scripts/month at record-ready quality
