Social Media & Content Lead (Product-Based Brand Strategy)
About Us
She’s Made is a Christian-based natural hair care brand serving women with tight curl patterns. We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Content Lead to plan, create, and manage performance-driven content across our business platforms.
This is not an entry-level role — we’re looking for someone with real experience running content for a product-based brand.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage monthly content calendars across IG, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Write engaging captions that reflect our Christian and community-centered tone
- Plan and produce short-form video content (including trend-based and UGC-style posts)
- Coordinate content for promotions, product launches, and partnerships
- Monitor engagement performance and provide weekly reports
- Respond to DMs and comments to nurture brand connection
Required Experience & Skills
- 2+ years managing social media for a product-based e-commerce brand
- Strong writing skills and trend awareness across IG & TikTok
- Familiarity with planning tools (Notion, Google Sheets) and content apps (CapCut, Canva)
- Self-starter who can meet weekly deadlines without hand-holding
- Bonus: Experience with beauty, natural hair, or Christian/women-centered brands
