Social Media Marketing Specialist (Healthcare Lead Generation)

Chino Avenue Congregate Home is seeking a results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to grow our online presence and generate qualified leads for patient placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok accounts
- Create engaging content (video, graphics, posts)
- Build lead funnels that convert visitors into inquiries
- Set up and manage ManyChat (or similar) automated messaging
- Integrate systems using Zapier for lead capture and follow-up
- Launch and optimize geo-fencing campaigns (GroundTruth or similar) targeting hospital visitors in San Bernardino & Riverside counties
- Track performance and improve campaigns based on data
Qualifications
- Experience with social media marketing and content creation
- Familiarity with ManyChat (or chatbot tools) and Zapier
- Experience with geo-targeted or digital ad campaigns
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion strategies
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
Pay: $24.75 – $29.81 per hour
