We’re looking for a results-driven Social Media Marketing & Ads Manager to take our digital presence and advertising campaigns to the next level. This is a fully remote role with the flexibility to create impact from anywhere.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI.
- Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions) aligned with the platform’s brand voice.
- Collaborate with vendors to promote their products and maximize sales through social media.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using ad management and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and visual content creation skills.
- Creative, innovative, and able to generate ideas that resonate with target audiences.
- Experience in e-commerce marketing is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working remotely.
