Key Responsibilities
We are expanding our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) strategy by building scalable, out-of-app access to players. Social media plays a critical role in building community, sustaining engagement, and supporting DTC revenue growth.
The Social Media Manager, Direct To Consumer will lead social media efforts across studios with a clear focus on driving DTC performance. This role partners closely with the DTC team and studio stakeholders to ensure social strategies support long-term DTC growth and complement in-app experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Own social media strategy with a primary focus on driving DTC KPIs and revenue.
- Partner with the DTC team to design out-of-app audience capture strategies that support DTC growth.
- Manage day-to-day social media execution across multiple studios and products.
- Support, complement, or fully own a product’s social presence based on studio needs.
- Coordinate and oversee outsourced social media partners where applicable.
- Define and track social performance against DTC-focused KPIs.
- Test and optimize content, formats, and calls-to-action to improve DTC outcomes.
- Evaluate tools and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Work closely with DTC, Product, Analytics, and Studio teams to align social efforts with DTC initiatives and launches.
- Provide clear insights into social performance and its impact on DTC results.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5+ years of experience managing social media for consumer-facing products or brands.
- Strong understanding of performance-driven social strategies tied to growth and conversion.
- Experience operating social programs at scale, including coordination with external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to connect social activity to downstream business outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional, multi-studio environments
Bonus Experience
- Experience with Direct-to-Consumer platforms or web-based monetization.
- Background in mobile gaming, live ops, or digital entertainment.
- Familiarity with social tooling, automation, and workflow optimization.
Success Measures
- Measurable contribution to DTC revenue and conversion metrics.
- Growth in owned, out-of-app audience access across studios.
- Consistent, scalable social execution aligned to DTC priorities.
- Strong collaboration between Social, DTC, and Studio teams.

Tripledot provides a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this US based position is $60,000 to $80,000. Base compensation at Tripledot is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. It is also determined based on the position offered and other forms of compensation that may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits.
