Position Overview:
Stylia Beauty is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager with a strong focus on influencer relations to join our passionate team. As the Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth across various social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with our brand vision and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage content and schedules for all social media accounts (mainly IG/Tiktok)
- Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, beauty content creators, and industry professionals to expand Stylia Beauty’s influencer network.
- Collaborate with influencers to create compelling and authentic content that resonates with our target audience and showcases our products.
- Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and compensation agreements with influencers, ensuring alignment with budget and campaign objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and ROI, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing to continuously innovate and improve our strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and creative, to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on influencer relations, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
- Proven track record of successfully executing influencer marketing campaigns and driving tangible results.
- Strong network of influencers and content creators across various social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends in beauty and social media.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
