Scrubsy is looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Manager to run our Instagram page and help grow our brand online.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, understands social media trends, and can consistently produce engaging posts. The position requires one Instagram post per day focused on creativity, brand awareness, and audience engagement.
We are looking for someone who is highly creative, self-driven, and comfortable experimenting with new ideas.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish 1 Instagram post per day
- Design creative visuals, reels, or graphics that align with the Scrubsy brand
- Write engaging captions
- Maintain a consistent aesthetic and brand voice
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate creative ideas
- Schedule posts and maintain posting consistency
- Occasionally suggest ideas to grow the page
Requirements
- Strong creativity and ability to develop engaging content
- Experience managing or growing an Instagram page
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools)
- Ability to work independently and consistently
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable communication
