Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager & Content Manager to join our team on a part-time, freelance basis. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about spirituality, leadership, and personal development and who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. You will play a critical role in establishing and growing our online presence, helping to position Timm as the go-to expert in Dharmic leadership and spiritual entrepreneurship.

This role will start with a small scope, focusing on foundational tasks, with significant growth potential as the brand expands. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to work independently, and excited about growing with the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

  • Account Setup and Optimization: Create and optimize social media profiles on LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant platforms to ensure consistency with our brand identity and goals.
  • Content Scheduling: Develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with Timm’s overall marketing strategy. Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely and authentic manner to build a strong, engaged community.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media content, using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement. Provide regular reports on social media growth, engagement, and ROI.

2. Content Management:

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with Timm to transform long-form content (e.g., webinars, blog posts, videos) into smaller, digestible content pieces (e.g., social media posts, quotes, short videos). Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging.
  • Video Editing: Edit recorded webinars, YouTube videos, and social media clips to produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Blog and Newsletter Coordination: Assist in managing the creation, scheduling, and distribution of blog posts and newsletters. This includes coordinating with writers, designers, and other freelancers as needed.
  • SEO Optimization: Ensure that all content is optimized for SEO to increase visibility and drive traffic to our website and social media profiles.

3. Strategy Development:

  • Brand Awareness: Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement within the target audience of spiritual entrepreneurs and leaders.
  • Content Strategy: Work closely with Timm to develop a content strategy that supports the launch of “The Dharmic Leader” and other products/services, driving both brand growth and client acquisition.
  • Growth Potential: As the brand expands, this role will evolve to include greater responsibilities, such as leading larger content campaigns, managing a growing content team, and expanding our reach into new platforms or markets.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Manager, or similar role, ideally in the wellness, spirituality, or personal development sectors.

Skills:

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Basic video editing skills (e.g., using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.
  • Experience with LLMs and prompting.
  • High-level English language skills.
