We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our social media strategy and execution. This role involves planning, creating, scheduling, and analyzing content across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals

· Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, video, etc.) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter)

· Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools

· Monitor performance metrics and generate monthly analytics reports

· Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner

· Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions

· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, platform updates, and emerging tools

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

· Strong understanding of various social platforms and their best practices

· Prior experience managing social media accounts for U.S.-based clients

· Excellent command of English – both written and spoken – is essential

· Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar

· Experience with paid social campaigns is a plus

· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

Preferred Skills:

· Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics

· Photography/video editing skills

· Community management experience
