Social Media Manager
Job Duties:
- Develop and execute a social strategy aligned with company goals across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Own the social media schedule on for all platforms. Write captions and curate a brand-aligned feed.
- Manage and guide our community engagement and influencer specialist who responds to comments, DMs, researches and negotiates with influencers.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to amplify campaigns and ensure successful product launches, sales periods, and brand-positive communication.
- Track performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and produce regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and cultural trends to keep our content fresh and effective.
- Assist in managing influencer relationships and writing scripts for paid content.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or publication.
- Proven track record of growing engaged audiences and driving measurable results.
- Strong writing skills with a sharp eye for tone, voice, and platform-specific nuance.
- Strong visual literacy with the ability to curate visuals on your own that align with the Brand’s DNA.
- An understanding of storytelling and ability to implement it into our social media content plan.
- Proficiency with social scheduling tools (Later) and analytics dashboards.
- Comfort with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar) and short-form video editing is a plus.
- Highly communicative and professional with a high emphasis on quick email communication and occasional video calls to coordinate content and share content ideas.
- Creative-minded and able to make changes quickly.
- Familiarity with other premium Fragrance, soap, and body care companies.
- Highly organized and self-directed but always open to feedback and new ideas.
