Social Media Manager & Administrative Assistant – $45,000.00-$52,000.00/year
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and self-motivated Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team. This remote position combines social media marketing, content creation, administrative support, and permit coordination for our nationwide roadshow events.

ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Marketing
- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create eye-catching graphics, videos, and marketing materials using Canva.
- Write engaging captions and schedule social media posts.
- Monitor comments, messages, and online engagement while responding professionally.
- Increase audience engagement through creative content and community interaction.
- Maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing channels.
- Assist with promotional campaigns, event marketing, and brand awareness.
- Track social media performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
Administrative & Permit Coordination
- Research permit requirements for cities, counties, and states across the United States.
- Complete, submit, and track permit applications for upcoming roadshow events.
- Communicate with local government offices regarding permits, licenses, and event requirements.
- Maintain organized permit records, deadlines, and event documentation using Google Sheets.
- Coordinate event logistics and assist with scheduling and planning.
- Manage spreadsheets, digital files, and company records with accuracy.
- Perform general administrative duties, including email correspondence and project support.
Qualifications
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Proficiency with Canva and content creation.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Experience using Google Sheets, Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
- Comfortable researching information and communicating with government agencies.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Administrative or office experience.
- Social media management experience.
- Graphic design and basic video editing skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics or social media insights.
- Event planning or coordination experience.
- Permit, licensing, or compliance experience (preferred but not required).
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
