Social Media Manager – $2,500.00 per month

We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow the online presence of four healthcare brands: Life Savers Emergency Room (LSER), Sugar Land Emergency Room (SLER), Houston Injury & Wellness Clinic (HIWC), and Houston Wellness & Aesthetics (HWA). This role is ideal for someone who understands healthcare marketing, brand voice, and audience engagement across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all social media platforms for LSER, SLER, HIWC, and HWA (including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok where applicable)
  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, on-brand content
  • Develop monthly content calendars for each brand
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build online community
  • Promote services, campaigns, and events through creative posts and stories
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing standards and brand guidelines

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing social media for businesses (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Strong content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills
  • Excellent organization and time management for handling multiple brands
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
  • Ability to maintain a professional, consistent brand voice
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
