Team Trust Productions, LLC., is a disability led video production company based out of Colorado Springs, Co. We create marketing videos and films for nonprofits and dermatologists across the country to promote their cause and boost their revenue. We have worked with NBC, FCB, the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee, among others.

About Our Social Media Manager

We are seeking highly creative and skilled individuals for our brand-new Social Media team! The Social Media Mangers will be responsible for growing our social media followings across our channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and more). The Managers will focus on developing content that resonates with our target audience. The managers are vital to our success, and they will be responsible for growing our clientele.

We will provide expert one-on-one mentorship and guidance, and you will have access to some of the top hacks. We will always be there for you.

Managers will be paid 10 percent of every deal that comes in from our social media managers. Most of our current business is generated from social media, so the monthly payout will add up quickly. Managers will be listed as 1099 contractors, and if they excel, they will be eligible for residuals and base pay.

Managers will work remotely, and they can have a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

– Develop and implement social media strategies that resonate with our target nonprofit clients

– Devise content calendars, write copy, create basic social-specific photos, videos and graphics

– Capture the core values and voice of Team Trust

– Actively engage with audience and conversations

– Stay in communication with our CEO about performance

– Track and analyze key performance metrics

– Stay current on social media platforms, tools and trends to ensure Team Trust stays top of mind for our clients

– Become a subject-matter expert

– Prior social media management experience

– Familiarity with the nonprofit industry is a plus

– Knowledge of video marketing
