Social Media Manager
We’re searching for a Social Media Manager who’s equal parts strategist, storyteller, and trend-spotter. Someone who can turn scrolls into clicks and clicks into engaged followers.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end social media presence, ensuring all content is social-first, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives. In this position, you will manage agency partners, oversee content creation and distribution, conduct performance reporting, and drive continuous improvement through actionable insights. You will also be a strategic coach and partner to senior leaders, helping them build authentic, consistent, and influential thought leadership presences across social media platforms.
You’ll be the mastermind behind our worldwide social presence, crafting thumb-stopping content that sparks real engagement and drives business results. By collaborating closely with our global Marketing team members, subject matter experts, PR agencies, and leadership team, you will craft and ensure all social communication is effective and aligns with our corporate initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Evolve and execute our global social media strategy that amplifies our brand, strengthens our community, and drives real business impact.
- Lead the migration and integration of social media channels from newly acquired companies, ensuring a seamless brand experience and unlocking new audiences.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to amplify thought leadership through storytelling while keeping our messaging sharp, consistent, and on brand everywhere.
- Craft and oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of social first content (think: clever copy, eye-catching visuals, and scroll-stopping video) that connects with B2B audiences.
- Lead the planning and execution of social media campaigns, collaborating with leadership, marketing, product, event, and creative teams to make each post count.
- Coach and collaborate with senior leaders to strengthen their personal brands and establish them as visible, respected thought leaders within their industries.
- Track, analyze, and report on corporate and leadership social media performance metrics, providing regular updates and actionable recommendations for continued growth and influence.
- Re-envision and lead the organic YouTube strategy, developing creative approaches to grow our channel, boost engagement, and deliver value-driven video content to our B2B audience.
- Stay on top of social media trends, platforms, updates, and the competitive landscape to ensure we’re always ahead of the curve and the competition.
- Manage social media budgets, agency contracts, and resource allocation like a pro.
- Ensure all social media activities comply with brand guidelines, company policies, and relevant regulations.
Skills and Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional Social Media experience with proven track record in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing, launching, and scaling global social media programs.
- Proven experience partnering with and coaching senior executives or subject matter experts on social media thought leadership.
- Experience managing agencies and collaborating with cross functional teams.
- Strong content creation, storytelling, and copywriting skills tailored for B2B audiences.
- Deep understanding of social media analytics, reporting tools, and platform algorithms.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Motivated, self-starter, and eager to make an impact and have fun doing it.
Bonus:
- Experience in the software or technology sector.
- Background in executive communications, public relations, or leadership branding.
- Familiarity with Hootsuite or other social media management platforms.
- Experience managing projects in Asana or other project management solutions.
