What You Will Do
- Curate and execute content across Armstrong World Industries’ social accounts, including daily posting, scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement.
- Support the development and execution of integrated content calendars aligned with brand priorities, product launches, seasonal moments, and campaign themes.
- Edit and optimize social assets for each platform.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Communications, Creative, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistent brand execution.
- Participate in content ideation by incorporating social insights, trends, and performance data into recommendations.
- Track performance and engagement metrics and contribute to weekly and monthly reporting.
- Enter tasks into the project management system, monitor progress, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Support social media strategy and employee advocacy initiatives in partnership with the Social Media Manager.
- Assist the Digital Marketing team with campaign tracking, email marketing, and updating marketing documentation.
- Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and the competitive landscape—and make informed recommendations.
- Attend internal/external training sessions and complete relevant social platform certifications.
- Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to enhance efficiency and creativity.
- Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and brand standards.
What Will Make You Successful
- Experience with social scheduling platforms such as Sprout Social.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years in digital marketing or paid media experience.
- B2B experience preferred.
