Job Description Jovee is a fast-growing tech platform transforming how beauty professionals connect with clients through digital content and discovery. We are looking for a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist who understands how to create engaging, trend-driven content and turn it into real business growth. What You’ll Do – Create and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube – Produce high-quality short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) – Build brand awareness through creative storytelling and consistent posting – Identify trends and align content with viral formats – Manage a content calendar – Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns – Collaborate with influencers and beauty professionals What We’re Looking For – Experience in social media marketing or content creation (beauty preferred) – Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and trends – Ability to create engaging, conversion-driven content – Skilled in CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar tools – Strong storytelling and branding skills Bonus Qualifications – Experience with beauty brands or salons- Knowledge of UGC strategies – Experience with paid ads (Meta, TikTok Ads) – Familiarity with SaaS or startups Compensation & Benefits – Competitive pay – Performance-based bonuses – Flexible work environment – Growth opportunities Apply Now Submit your resume, portfolio, and examples of social media content (TikTok/Reels preferred).
