About Perfect Game
Perfect Game is the world’s largest amateur baseball and softball organization, running thousands of tournaments, showcases, and events across the country each year and giving players a stage to compete, get seen, and reach the next level. The opportunity
Perfect Game is building a seasonal creative team to bring our events to life on social media. We are hiring six Social Media Content Coordinators to own content across our regional and brand channels, promote our events, and drive registrations through the fall and winter. If you live for short-form content, know the travel sports world, and can take a channel and run with it, this is your stage.
What you will do
- Own the content for an assigned set of Perfect Game’s regional and brand social channels.
- Plan each week from our content calendar, featuring the right events for your channels at the right time.
- Create the content: short-form video and reels, graphics and carousels, event hype, countdowns, and highlights.
- Post on a consistent weekly cadence and keep your channels active throughout the season.
- Shoot and edit quickly, on-site and remotely, with fast turnaround.
- Keep a voice that fits each channel while staying true to the Perfect Game brand.
- Track engagement, lean into what performs, and surface standout content for our national channels.
What you will bring
- Experience creating and publishing social content, ideally in sports, events, or as a content creator.
- Strong short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) and graphic design (Canva or Adobe).
- Fluency across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- A self-starter who can own channels and hold a weekly cadence with minimal oversight.
- Reliable availability through the Q4 season.
- Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of travel baseball and softball and the Perfect Game event landscape.
- Experience capturing content on-site at tournaments, showcases, or sporting events.
- A portfolio or reel of social content you have produced.
How to apply
Apply through Teamwork Online. Please include your resume and a short portfolio or links to social content you have created. Tell us which regions or sports you know best.
