We have been serving clients and specializing in Bridal, Special Events, Photoshoots, Lifestyle, and Corporate Events Nationwide for 10+ years. As a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention. Your expertise in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing will be instrumental in establishing Anomalie Beauty Agency as a premier luxury beauty brand in the digital space.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and Pinterest.
- Create compelling and visually appealing social media content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling, posting, and community engagement, to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence.
- Monitor social media channels, track key metrics, and generate reports to analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop captivating digital assets, including photography, videography, and graphic designs, for use across social media platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share ideas, define strategy, and be instrumental in bringing them to life
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media and digital marketing, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Work with our advertising team to create digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gain insights into consumer behavior, industry trends, and emerging opportunities, and leverage these findings to inform marketing strategies.
- Engage with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry professionals to establish strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews across social media channels, ensuring prompt and professional communication that reflects our brand values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the sales teams, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Create and implement targeted email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation, segmentation, and automation, to nurture leads, promote products and services, and drive customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications:
- Current or Undergoing Education to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field not required but a plus.
- Previous work experience as a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist in the beauty industry or a similar luxury service sector preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices, including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and Pinterest.
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling social media content that engages and resonates with the target audience.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools to track social media performance, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of grammar and brand tone.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging digital marketing techniques, and luxury beauty market dynamics.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- A passion for the luxury beauty industry and a strong aesthetic sense.

Pay: $30,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
