Social Media and Marketing Coordinator – $15.00 – $28.45 an hour
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Utilize tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve content visibility and website traffic.
- Manage social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase reach and conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and e-commerce promotions.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards before publication.
- Track web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Engage with followers to foster community relationships while managing online reputation.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, social media features, and best practices to continuously optimize campaigns.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, Google Analytics, web analytics tools.
- Experience in creating engaging content including photography and video editing is preferred.
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising platform and social listening tools is a plus.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in messaging consistency.
