Social Media and Marketing Assistant (Remote, Part Time) – $24.25 – $29.21 an hour

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media and Marketing Assistant to join our team remotely on a part-time basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, enhance brand visibility, and engage with audiences across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools, contributing to the growth and success of our brand.

Duties

  • Job responsibilities include:
  • Directly report to and work closely with the Marketing Manager and others on the marketing team
  • Create and post social media content daily on all social channels
  • Interact with followers and encourage engagement, including answering all direct messages and requests
  • Collect and organize customer content in our internal library
  • Participate in and help run email campaigns, social media ads, and more
  • Work from home with some possible travel opportunities (attending 1-2 annual trade shows)

Requirements

  • Fantastic communication skills (writing and speaking through chat, email, and phone)
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Linkedin, etc.)
  • Eager to learn
  • Creative
  • Studying marketing, advertising, or communications (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge of design platforms like Canva (preferred, but not required)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.25 – $29.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
