Social Media Affiliate Finder – $10 – $20 an hour

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Social Media Affiliate Finder to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, engage, and sign highly active affiliates on TikTok and Instagram for our RUO peptides brand. The ideal candidate will focus on building a network of influential affiliates who can effectively promote our products and generate revenue. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of our brand through strategic social media partnerships.

Pay is $10-$20/hour + 5% of net revenue brought by affiliates signed on by the candidate.




Duties

  • Identify and research potential affiliates on TikTok and Instagram who have high engagement and active followings relevant to our niche.
  • Reach out to prospective affiliates, establish relationships, and negotiate partnership agreements.
  • Sign on at least 10 new affiliates each week, ensuring they align with our brand values and marketing goals.
  • Manage ongoing communication with affiliates, providing support and resources to facilitate successful promotions.
  • Track affiliate performance, monitor revenue generated from their efforts, and optimize partnership strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that affiliates can implement effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of affiliate contacts, agreements, and performance metrics.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media outreach, influencer marketing, or affiliate recruitment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram platforms, including understanding of trending content and influencer dynamics.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to build mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Ability to identify high-potential affiliates based on engagement metrics and audience quality.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple contacts and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in the health or wellness industry is a plus but not required.
