We’re a social-first creative agency in Israel, hiring a freelance social copywriter for ongoing work.
THE WORK
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn posts, short-form video scripts and hooks, story sequences and paid ad variations. Roughly 20-40 pieces a month, steady.
Most of our clients are public sector and nonprofits – health, agriculture, municipalities, national causes – plus some commercial brands. The subject matter is genuinely useful and almost never glamorous. Your job is to make it impossible to scroll past.
You write in English. We adapt into Hebrew in-house, so we’re buying the idea, the angle and the hook rather than the polish. You don’t need any Hebrew.
RATE
$400-800 per month on retainer, depending on volume and experience. At 20 posts a month that is $20-40 per post, and a typical social post runs 80-150 words, so roughly $0.15-0.40 per word. Paid monthly via Wise or PayPal, whichever suits you.
WHO THIS SUITS
Native or near-native English. An actual sense of humour – wit and a sharp angle beat polished corporate phrasing here. Proven social writing, not blog or SEO content; those are different jobs and we are hiring for this one. You can find the surprising angle in a dry brief, write a hook that earns the second line, switch voice per brand, and take notes without friction.
