SEO Manager – $30,000 – $35,000 a month (year, maybe?)
The SEO Manager will be responsible for driving qualified leads through strategic search engine optimization, content planning, and performance monitoring. This role demands a results-oriented professional who can independently manage targets, maintain high productivity, and contribute to the company’s digital growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Target Achievement
- Generate a minimum of 20 qualified leads per day through organic SEO efforts.
- Maintain monthly lead count of at least 520 leads.
- SEO Strategy & Execution
- Plan and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
- Develop link-building strategies aligned with industry standards.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) to monitor results.
- Track daily productivity and report performance against set KPIs.
- Content & Website Optimization
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices.
- Improve website structure, loading speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Work Discipline & Accountability
- Use Workstatus App to log work hours, maintain transparency, and track productivity.
- Maintain at least 8 hours of work per day and 70%+ productivity.
Performance-Based Structure
- Base Salary: ₹35,000/month
- Lead-based incentive/deduction system:
- Shortfall deduction per lead = ₹67.31 (based on daily target)
- Full salary retained upon meeting or exceeding targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in SEO management.
- Strong knowledge of Google ranking factors and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Experience with lead generation in B2B or industrial sectors.
- Understanding of content marketing and technical SEO.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
