This is a remote, work from home position. We are seeking a remote Senior Marketing Copywriter to join our team.
The Senior Marketing Copywriter at our Anti-PR agency is responsible for crafting bold, strategic content that challenges conventional narratives and amplifies our clients’ unique voices. This role demands exceptional writing skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of disruptive marketing strategies. The Senior Marketing Copywriter works closely with the team to develop powerful messaging that breaks through the noise, strengthens brand identity, and drives audience engagement, all while staying true to our clients’ unconventional approach to public perception.
The client is an established international public relations agency, based in Tampa Bay, Florida. Astute in recognizing industry changes since its launch in 2009, the team utilizes newly established patterns to create timely Anti-PR campaigns comprising traditional and the latest proven media methods.
Work Schedule: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM EST
Compensation: 10$ – $11$ an hour

Responsibilities:

- Content Creation – Develop a variety of written materials, including social media content for internal accounts (sales reps, executives), blogs, thought leadership articles, and promotional materials, aimed at driving engagement and positioning the client as an industry leader.
- Adherence to Brand Standards – Ensure all content adheres to the client’s writing standards, brand guidelines, and messaging frameworks, maintaining a consistent, disruptive voice across all platforms.
- Collaboration and Communication – Work closely with the Promotions and Marketing team—strategists, editors, and designers—to align written content with broader campaigns. Participate in brainstorming, feedback, and content refinement to maximize impact.
- Project Management – Organize and manage multiple projects and deadlines using project management tools, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with client marketing strategies and objectives.
- Internal Brand Focus – Craft content that reflects the company’s disruptive methodology and reinforces its position as a thought leader in the industry, aligning with internal promotional goals.
- Feedback and Continuous Improvement – Seek and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to continuously improve content quality, creativity, and relevance, ensuring alignment with evolving marketing goals and brand strategies.
- Audience Understanding – Continuously research and understand the target audience to tailor messaging effectively, ensuring that content resonates with diverse segments and drives engagement across different platforms.
- SEO and Analytics – Leverage SEO best practices and monitor content performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize reach, visibility, and conversion rates.
- Innovation and Trend Awareness – Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and disruptive.
Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as a copywriter.
- Experience reflects a strong mastery of writing across various formats, industries, and audiences, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns.
- Comfortable with using Time Doctor or similar monitoring tools to track work hours, productivity, and task completion.
- A portfolio showcasing diverse and high-quality work, as well as a deep understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and audience engagement.
- Proven ability to craft compelling and effective written content.
- Degree in communications, media, journalism, or a related field.
- Strong command of the English language (at least B2B level on the CEFR scale) – make sure your résumé is in English!
- Experience in public relations, media, or journalism.
- Familiarity with corporate communications, especially within the tech industry, is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of the strategic role of well-crafted content in achieving PR objectives.
