You excel at uncovering conceptual brand truths from insightful strategies, and leading the development of rich emotionally-impactful creative work. You can inspire and guide others to do the same. You thrive on leading a team of talented creatives, managing both the copywriters/content team and the art directors/designers within a fast-paced environment.

Your vision as a leader and your experience as a creative, paired with a positive and supportive approach, makes you a natural fit to mentor and guide the team. You strongly support the partnership between art and copy, love pitching innovative ideas, collaborating across teams, and aren’t afraid to challenge industry norms and defend the agency’s work.

About the Job

As the leader of the creative and production teams, you’ll oversee the full spectrum of advertising and marketing materials for clients in your portfolio. Your ability to prioritize resources and collaborate across account leads, strategy, production/creative services and media will ensure the timely, high-quality execution of campaigns. You will play a critical role in maintaining innovative, creative thinking and ensure all deliverables meet strategic marketing goals.
