Senior Copywriter, Harrison National Employment – $40 – $50 an hour
The Senior Copywriter will be responsible for developing and overseeing the creation of compelling content that aligns with our brand and engages our diverse customer base. This position will collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and other creatives to craft cohesive, customer-centric campaigns that drive results.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creative leadership: Lead and inspire the verbal direction of integrated campaigns across multiple platforms (emails, websites, social media, print, video, etc.), ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice
- Concept development: Work with the In-House Agency, as well as our marketing partners, to generate innovative, high-impact campaign ideas for both new and existing customers
- Crafting content: Write and oversee the creation of original, persuasive content for digital and traditional marketing materials, including landing pages, email campaigns, pay-per-click ads, SMS messages, and more
- Brand voice oversight: Champion client’s tone of voice and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints as you edit and refine content produced by other team members to meet brand standards
- Collaborative strategy: Partner with design, media, and marketing teams to develop holistic campaigns that resonate with our target audience, maintaining brand integrity while meeting business objectives
- Customer-centric messaging: Understand and segment our diverse customer base, tailoring messaging to address their unique needs and concerns; lead content strategies that increase engagement and drive conversions
- Campaign execution: Take creative concepts through the entire process—from initial brainstorming to final execution; ensure all copy aligns with campaign goals and deadlines
- Client collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand brand objectives, interpret briefs, and deliver content that exceeds expectations
- Strategic thinking: Stay ahead of trends and changes in the mortgage, housing, and financial industries to incorporate new insights into content strategies
- Quality control: Review and proofread content to ensure it is grammatically sound, clear, and consistent with the company’s values.
- Policy compliance: Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Punctual attendance: Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field or comprehensive experience is preferred
- 10+ years of experience in a copywriting, content strategy, or associate creative direction role
