Senior Copywriter B2B Tech at BairesDev
In this role, you’ll lead BairesDev’s copywriting function as a strategic, AI-augmented leader who drives revenue from our Lead Gen Initiative. Managing a team of conversion copywriters and partnering with growth marketers and engineers, you’ll define copy strategy and build AI-powered systems that scale output far beyond what any team could write by hand.
What You’ll Do:
– Collaborate with Brand, Growth Product, SEO, SEM, Design, and Engineering to ensure copy quality and consistency across all customer-facing assets.
– Design and own AI-powered copywriting systems including custom GPTs, agents, n8n workflows, and prompt libraries to scale output.
– Lead, coordinate, mentor, and develop the copywriting team, running 1:1s and performance reviews.
– Define copy strategy, brand voice, style guides, and copywriting frameworks while proposing improvements across owned channels.
What we are looking for:
– 8+ years of experience in copywriting roles, with 3+ years in B2B tech/SaaS or similar fast-paced industries.
– Proven track record leading AI adoption and AI-powered workflows in a copywriting or marketing context.
– Experience working for North American-based tech companies, in-house or agency.
– Bachelor’s degree or higher.
– Conversion and direct-response copywriting expertise across email, landing pages, ads, and web, including A/B testing and Voice-of-Customer (VoC) research.
