We’re looking for a scripter-writer to help bring powerful ideas to life through high-impact, long-form YouTube videos.
You’ll craft 4 educational scripts per month focused on mindset, mental performance, and leadership under pressure — turning complex ideas into sharp, story-driven lessons that hold attention from start to finish.
You’ll work closely with the founder (an ex-Special Forces mindset coach) to develop scripts that align with our brand voice: direct, disciplined, and practical — the kind of content that cuts through fluff and speaks straight to high-performing entrepreneurs.
Ideal Candidate
You’re a seasoned storyteller and educator who understands how to make psychology, performance, and mindset topics engaging.
You can write like you’re speaking to a driven, no-nonsense entrepreneur — someone who values results, clarity, and authenticity.
You have a proven track record writing for YouTube, podcasts, or educational brands, and know how to structure a script that builds momentum, emotion, and authority.
You’re comfortable writing in a tone that blends Special Forces discipline, performance psychology, and grounded honesty — no corporate jargon, no self-help fluff.
