We are Limitless Agency, a coaching and consulting company in the digital marketing agency space, and Limitless Capital, our private equity arm that partners with and acquires agencies. Based in Tampa, Florida. Our founder built and sold multiple marketing agencies, one past 500K per month before a multi-million dollar exit, and a second to 250K per month with a 4.2M independent valuation in 12 months. That system is now installed inside 100+ agencies. We are turning our YouTube channel into our primary client acquisition engine, and we are hiring proven operators on a project basis to help us do it.
Our audience is digital marketing agency owners doing 10K to 100K per month. Everything we make is built to attract that exact person, filter out everyone else, and move qualified viewers toward booking a call.
The role
We need a script writer who understands direct-response, VSL-style long-form YouTube scripts for the coaching and agency world. You study the best in this space (Alex Hormozi, Sam Ovens, Dan Martell, Cole Gordon) and you know how to write a hook that holds, open loops that keep people watching, and a script that converts viewers into booked calls. Our topics come from real sales call objections. Our scripts have to sound like the founder just sat down and talked, raw and direct, never corporate.
What you must have
- Proven scripts you have written for high-performing business or coaching channels. We want to read them and see the videos they became.
- Mastery of hooks, open loops, re-hooks, pattern interrupts, specificity, and clean dual CTAs.
- A real grasp of Topic then Packaging then Style, in that order, and why topic drives everything.
- The ability to write in someone else’s authentic voice. You can study transcripts and match how a person actually speaks.
- A genuine understanding of the digital marketing agency world. You can speak to their real problems at 20K, 50K, and 100K per month, not generic business advice.
- The instinct to mine call transcripts for objections and turn them into video topics.
Bonus points
- A direct-response or VSL copywriting background.
- You understand YouTube as a full sales system, from top of funnel to booked call.
- You can also contribute packaging: titles and thumbnail concepts modeled on outliers.
How to apply
- Samples: send 1 to 2 full scripts you have written and the videos they became, with view or retention data if you have it.
- Proof: name the channels and the niche you wrote them for.
- Logistics: your rate per script and your typical turnaround.
