Scriptwriter for youtube commentary
I’m looking for a scriptwriter to help write YouTube commentary videos focused on movies, TV shows, pop culture, and entertainment. The main goal is to create scripts that are funny, entertaining, and highly watchable, not just basic reviews or summaries.
I’m looking for someone who can write with a strong comedic voice — sharp jokes, funny observations, exaggeration, punchlines, sarcasm, and good comedic timing. The scripts should feel natural and conversational, like someone ranting to their audience in an entertaining way, not like a formal essay or robotic breakdown.
The writer should be able to take a video idea and turn it into a structured script with a strong hook, clear opinions, funny commentary throughout, and moments that keep the viewer engaged. Humor is a big part of the role, so I’m looking for someone who understands YouTube pacing, comedic delivery, and how to make film/TV commentary feel entertaining from beginning to end.
