Scriptwriter for Self Improvement / Business – Longs & Short
Hey, I’m looking for a YouTube Scriptwriter (both long form and short form) to help me scale my personal brand in the business / self development niche.
I need someone who can script engaging hooks & body content for both long form and short form Youtube content.
You must be coachable and work with me closely to learn my voice/brand.
I’m looking for 1 long-form script per week, and 21 short-form scripts per week to start.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record doing this for other creators. You must understand retention graphs and how hooks and storytelling can keep viewers engaged.
You’ll understand how to re-hook people throughout the video & you’ll be able to write scripts that cut through all the AI mess that’s out there.
I’ll provide my unique ideas, my stories, my personaility… but you’ll turn that into scripts that perform.
Yes, your role will be to script videos… but we’ll work closesly together to scale the brand. Taking feedback loops from YT studio on what worked, what didn’t etc, so we can double down.
My vision is very big & I want excellence, so if you can’t provide that, don’t apply… however, if that excites you, I’d love to hear from you. Currently at 30k subs, the vision is to scale to the millions & become an industry leader.
