Others require cultural analysis, commentary, and emotionally intelligent storytelling.

We’re hiring a script writer who can think — not just summarize.

This is part-time, per-script work with growing consistency.

What This Role Actually Is

You will write YouTube scripts across a range of topics, including:

• Deep research breakdowns
• Cultural commentary
• Behavioral science analysis
• Personal development frameworks
• Business and tech analysis
• Internet trends
• Pop culture commentary

This is not academic writing.

This is not blog writing.

This is not AI-regurgitated summaries.

We need clarity, structure, engagement, independent thinking, and strong audience awareness.

🎥 Script Structure & Pacing

• Write strong hooks
• Structure arguments logically
• Maintain narrative flow
• Blend insight + clarity
• Avoid rambling or over-intellectualizing

🗺 Visual Thinking

• Suggest where visuals help explain ideas
• Guide editors with structure
• Identify moments for pattern interrupts

Ideal Candidate

• Strong written English (REQUIRED)
• Clear, structured thinker
• Naturally curious
• Actively watches YouTube
• Follows western internet and cultural trends
• Comfortable blending research + opinion
• Can simplify without oversimplifying
• Open to feedback

Bonus:

• Background in behavioral science, business, tech, or culture analysis
• Previous YouTube scripting experience

Compensation

• $5/hour
• Paid per script (hours tracked per project)
• Part-time
• Growing consistency over time
• Long-term relationship preferred → This role will lead to full-time
