The account manager responsibilities include managing, designing posts and scheduling for 20-24 clients, creating strategies and brand identities, creating and tracking powerful and effective ad campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity, growing the following and engagement on the social media channels, designing and optimizing websites. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

Our Account Managers plays a critical role in the management of their client roster and online presence to help their clients’ businesses grow.
The PITCH
Our Account Manager is both an exceptional self-starter and team player: You have fingers on the pulse of our clients’ goals – particularly how to help them grow on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok; understanding and analyzing trends and you offer customer-facing support to our clients to go above and beyond for their marketing needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage 20-24 Client Accounts ideate and manage content calendars, schedule posts, tagging, comments, direct messages and collaborate with clients on new content ideas.
- Communicate with clients daily in WhatsApp chats to ensure successful delivery of campaigns and managing and exceeding client expectations
- Deploy successful digital marketing campaigns and strategies and your own implementation from ideation to execution
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis to find target audiences and behaviors
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising preferred
- 2-3 years working in a marketing agency
- Email design and email marketing
- Digital marketing
- Social media design, posting, and scheduling
- Website development: Squarespace, Wix, Shopify preferred
- Base-level knowledge of real estate and food and retail marketing
Skills
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn and expand skills
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, SEMrush, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns, preferred Google Adwords certified
- Experienced with Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets
- Experienced with Google Business
- A strong sense of aesthetics and brand integrity
- A love for great copy and witty communication and captions
- Ability to flow and embody different “voices” for different clients
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, measurement and the algorithms
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
