Job Summary
The Copywriter is a part-time, fully remote contractor role focused on writing high-performing, conversion-driven content across paid ads, email, and landing pages.This role is ideal for a writer who understands direct response and wants to see their work drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and optimize paid ad copy across Meta, Google, and video platforms
- Develop high-performing video scripts for paid campaigns
- Create email campaigns including promotional and lifecycle messaging
- Write landing pages and conversion-focused web copy
- Develop short-form content for A/B testing and creative iteration
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and compliance teams
What We Require
- 3–7 years of copywriting experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating direct response work (ads, email, landing pages)
- Experience writing for e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands
- Strong understanding of conversion and A/B testing principles
- Ability to write in a compliant, professional tone
- Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week in a fully remote environment
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in telehealth, wellness, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with compliance-driven marketing environments
- Experience with subscription or DTC business models
- Experience using AI tools to support writing workflows
- Willingness to learn compliance standards. We will train the right candidate
Compliance & Standards
- Follow FTC truth-in-advertising guidelines
- Adhere to FDA regulations related to health and wellness claim
- Follow platform-specific advertising policies (Meta, Google)
- Align with internal compliance and claim substantiation processes
