Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Proofreader. The Proofreader will be responsible for reviewing and refining written content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Key tasks include identifying and correcting spelling and grammatical errors, ensuring adherence to style guidelines, and collaborating with content creators to enhance overall quality. The Proofreader will also handle minor translation tasks, when necessary, for multilingual content.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Spelling and Grammar to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Exceptional Proofreading abilities for reviewing and correcting content.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with content creators and team members.
- Basic Translation proficiency for reviewing multilingual content (if applicable).
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with content style guides and editing tools is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
