Product Copywriter (Remote Canada) – C$25-30/hr

Our client, a leading retailer in Canada is seeking a Product Copywriter / Product Content Manager to add to their growing team! Ideally, they are looking for someone that has experience writing product descriptions (including titles, features/benefits and romance copy), as well as experience with SEO and excel / content management skills. 

Ideal candidates will possess:

• 2+ years of experience of eCommerce / product copywriting experience – will be writing product copy for 2 brands (product titles, product descriptions, features and benefits)
• SEO knowledge – be able to do SEO research – maintain high ranking in Google Search 
• Excellent writing / proofreading skills
• Experience with competitive research
• Proficient in Excel, analyzing, filtering, and manipulating data regarding required copy and images that need updating.
• Must know filters, formulas, and pivot tables. Must be process-driven
• Strong project management skills or the ability to structure one’s day or process is required.
• Strong communication and email skills required
• Will need to demonstrate Excel abilities during the interview
• Bilingual (French and English) is a massive asset – not mandatory

This is a 100% remote opportunity that has budget approved through the end of the year, but is highly likely to entend into 2025.
