Pinterest Manager (Organic & Ads) – $2,400 – $3,200 a month

Boutique Bestie Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Pinterest Manager to help us scale our Pinterest department.
This is a strategic, creative, and performance-focused role supporting boutique and product-based e-commerce brands. We are not looking for someone who is brand new to Pinterest, we’re looking for someone who already understands the platform and is ready to take ownership of client results.
This role will begin part-time and is designed to grow into full-time as our client portfolio expands.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
You will manage Pinterest strategy for boutique clients from start to finish, including:
- Organic Pinterest strategy + execution
- Designing static pins and idea pins
- Pinterest SEO and keyword research
- Board organization and account optimization
- Scheduling and publishing
- Managing Pinterest ad campaigns
- Tracking analytics and reporting performance
- Communicating strategy and results with clients
This role blends creativity and data — strong design skills and strategic thinking are both essential.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is a self-starter and manages their workload independently
- Thinks strategically, not just tactically
- Has experience running Pinterest ads
- Understands e-commerce marketing
- Has strong graphic design skills (Canva required)
- Is detail-oriented and organized
- Appreciates working in a KPI-driven environment
- Loves boutiques and understands that customer
Boutique industry experience is strongly preferred.
Experience Required
- Proven experience managing Pinterest for e-commerce brands
- Experience running and optimizing Pinterest ads
- Ability to show examples of design work and performance results
- Solid understanding of Pinterest SEO and analytics
We are not offering foundational Pinterest training for this role. You should already feel confident managing accounts independently.
