The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Paid Copywriter (Email/SMS + Paid Ads) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a results-driven writer who understands how to craft compelling copy that converts — from scroll-stopping ad headlines to high-performing email flows.
You’ll collaborate with our strategy and creative teams to bring brand stories to life while ensuring every word aligns with campaign performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Write and optimize email and SMS campaigns for multiple lifestyle and e-commerce brands.
- Develop high-converting paid ad copy for Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with creative strategists to align messaging across channels.
- Conduct A/B testing and refine copy based on performance metrics.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and adapt tone per audience or platform.
- Stay updated on marketing trends, hooks, and consumer psychology.
Qualifications
- Based in the U.S. (required).
- 3+ years of professional copywriting experience focused on paid media and email/SMS marketing.
- Proven ability to write performance-driven copy that increases CTRs and conversions.
- Experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar platforms.
- Portfolio showcasing successful campaigns (required).
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
