Paid Social & Affiliate Growth Manager (Contract) – $1,000 a month
Humble Futures Funding (HFF) is a futures prop trading firm offering evaluation, instant funding, and performance accounts to traders. We’re growing our direct acquisition channels and looking for a hands-on paid social marketer to lead a structured 30-day test with the goal of a longer-term role.
The Role
You’ll own our paid social strategy and our affiliate partner program. You’ll work with our existing content creator, who produces short-form video, flyers, long-form content, and livestreams, directing what he creates based on what’s converting.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook + Instagram), with a starting ad budget of $1,000/month provided by HFF
- Allocate and reallocate budget based on performance, and recommend whether other platforms are worth testing
- Brief our content creator weekly on ad creative, hooks, and angles
- Deliver a weekly report covering spend, CPM, CTR, cost per lead, cost per purchase, and ROI, with clear recommendations
- Manage and grow our affiliate program: onboard new affiliates, support existing partners, track performance, and recruit trading educators and influencers
- Work with us to make sure conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, UTMs) is set up correctly
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years running paid Meta campaigns with your own hands in the ad account, not only managing others
- Experience in financial services, trading, prop firms, forex, or crypto is a strong plus. You understand ad review restrictions in these verticals and how to stay compliant.
- Comfortable with small budgets and making data-driven decisions quickly
- Affiliate or influencer partnership experience
- Clear, consistent communicator who reports without being chased
- Familiarity with futures trading or the prop firm space is a bonus
Compensation
- $1,000/month contract, plus a separately provided ad budget
- Initial 30-day test period, with potential to extend, increase compensation, and scale ad spend based on results
