We are looking for a data-savvy, performance-driven Copywriter with proven experience in the paid media landscape. This is a critical hybrid role where your two main responsibilities will be creating compelling, high-conversion advertising copy and managing the execution and performance of those campaigns.
The main focus of this role is to drive brand awareness and performance through paid media channels. You must have hands-on experience managing ad platforms like Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other key B2B advertising tools.
The Copywriter will also serve as a key Traffic Manager, expertly extracting and interpreting campaign KPIs and performance trends to continuously optimize spend, improve results, and deliver strong ROI. If you can write ads that truly convert, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and proofread high-quality copy for a wide range of digital channels including website, SEM, social media, email marketing campaigns, digital advertisements, blog posts, etc.
- Develop and iterate high-conversion advertising copy for paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and other key B2B channels.
- Serve as the Traffic Manager, overseeing the implementation and launch of ad copy and assets within advertising platforms.
- Proactively monitor, extract, and interpret campaign KPIs and trends to identify optimization opportunities and improve ROI.
- Conduct rigorous A/B and multivariate testing of copy (headlines, body, CTAs) to maximize performance and conversion rates (CVR).
- Partner closely with the Marketing & Sales team to align copy strategy with campaign goals (e.g., MQLs, traffic generation).
- Maintain a clear, persuasive, and consistent B2B SaaS brand voice across all paid media and high-impact conversion assets (e.g., landing pages).
- Remain current on paid media platform updates, policies, and best practices to ensure peak ad delivery and compliance.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
- Native English speaker.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Copywriter, Digital Content Writer, or similar role, with a strong focus on digital media.
- 5+ years experience in paid media campaigns and traffic management.
- 3+ years SEO copy creation and optimization.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital copy.
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to grasp complex technical or industry-specific topics and translate them into accessible and engaging consumer-facing content.
- Proficiency managing tools (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Experience writing for a B2B SaaS company strongly preferred.
