Overview
Conservice is seeking a highly motivated, entry-level Copywriter to become a primary content expert for our Customer Success organization. Our ideal candidate is a recent college graduate with demonstrable writing experience from internships or student employment, and a strong desire to master B2B and B2C communication.
This role requires a self-starting, independent, and creative individual ready to take immediate ownership of all customer-facing content. You will be responsible for learning our business model quickly, setting the standard for our messaging and tone, and developing comprehensive content branding guidelines.
This is a full-time, remote position, with an option to work from our Salt Lake City office. The ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams is critical to success.
Copywriter responsibilities will include:
- Content Ownership & Strategy:

- Quickly learn and become the expert on the Conservice business model, value proposition, and customer segments.
- Establish and own the messaging and tone for all customer-facing content.
- Develop comprehensive content branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all customer communications (email, web, print).
- Content Creation & Execution:

- Write, edit, and proofread all B2C resident marketing content across all channels, including welcome materials, educational content, and billing communication.
- Create, edit, and manage B2B email copy targeted at property staff and ownership/management.
- Support the Customer Success organization by writing and editing web and print content designed to drive customer understanding, engagement, and positive experience.
- Interface with Customer Success and Product Teams to gather insights and ensure content accuracy.
- Take the lead on all content-related tasks and proactively identify new opportunities to improve customer communication.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of demonstrable writing experience gained through collegiate employment, internships, or relevant side projects.
- A Bachelor’s degree in an associated field (Marketing, Communications, Rhetoric, English, Journalism, etc.).
- A portfolio of completed writing projects (academic, professional, or personal) demonstrating versatility.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a professional command of grammar and style.
- Proven ability to work independently and proactively own projects from concept to completion.
- Proficiency in the Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Excellent technical writing skills and the ability to simplify complex topics.
- A creative, fun, and engaging writing voice, with the ability to adapt tone for various audiences (B2C residents and B2B staff/management).
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills for working with subject matter experts, design teams, and stakeholders across the organization.
