Need world-class writer for press releases/corporate financial comms

This is an extraordinary opportunity to work closely with an experienced founder and CEO of multibillion-dollar corporations to write world-class press releases, investor presentations and various other financial communications for a newly founded publicly traded company. In an ideal scenario, this short-term gig turns into a long-term relationship.

Required:
— Applicants must have significant experience. We’re looking for someone who’s written dozens (if not hundreds) of press releases for Fortune 200 companies. Experience writing M&A-related communications is a must.

—Applicants must be able to take feedback from multiple sources and quickly produce new drafts based on that feedback. This senior leadership team is very good at identifying writing problems in drafts of financial communications. We need a writer with the skills to solve those problems and the experience to push back against bad/non-additive suggestions.

—As this role will involve exposure to highly sensitive information, absolute confidentiality is a must.

—Working in-person at the office is not required, but responsiveness is. Depending on the length of the relationship, some travel may be requested for specific meetings/projects.
