About The Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Content Writer to join our team at Slash. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, SEO-optimized content that resonates with our target audience and supports our growth objectives. Your work will include writing blog posts, guides, and product pages that simplify complex financial topics and make them accessible and engaging. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including growth, design, and product to ensure content aligns with strategic goals. Additionally, you will analyze industry trends, conduct keyword research, and continuously refine existing content to improve search rankings and user engagement. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in SEO, content strategy, and fintech marketing within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong writing skills with a clear, engaging style, preferably with experience in FinTech or banking topics
  • Excellent research abilities and intellectual curiosity to understand and explain complex subjects
  • Attention to detail with strong grammar and error-free writing
  • Willingness to learn SEO fundamentals such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and link structures
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a startup environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality
  • Experience writing for publications, blogs, research papers, or student newspapers is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred
