Marketing Specialist (Digital Growth & Content)
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our digital presence and drive measurable growth across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build, optimise, and scale a brand online using a mix of content, analytics, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage engaging content across digital channels
Execute and optimise SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic
Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance using analytics tools
Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
Oversee day-to-day platform management, ensuring consistency and brand alignment
Maintain and update the company website, ensuring performance, usability, and SEO best practices
Use heatmaps and user behaviour tools to analyse website performance and improve conversions
Identify trends, opportunities, and new channels for growth
Develop and implement strategies to increase audience engagement and conversions
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
Strong understanding of content creation and content strategy
Proven experience with SEO (on-page and off-page)
Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar)
Experience using heatmaps and behaviour tracking tools (e.g., Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar)
Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
Basic website maintenance skills (CMS platforms such as WordPress preferred)
Strong understanding of how to grow and scale a digital presence
Experience working with or targeting the US market is a plus
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
