Marketing manager for financial website – $8.00-$14.00/hour

Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEM (Search Engine Marketing), social media advertising campaigns, email marketing, and paid search marketing to boost website visibility and user engagement.
- Manage affiliate connections with impact.com and commission junction.
- Utilize SEO tools and keyword research techniques to optimize website content, improve search engine rankings, and increase organic traffic.
- Manage content creation efforts, including copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite, and content management system updates on platforms like WordPress.
- Implement conversion optimization strategies by analyzing user behavior with Google Analytics, web analytics reporting, and A/B testing to maximize lead generation and sales conversions.
- Oversee website management tasks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript adjustments, and website performance monitoring using Google Tag Manager and other technical proficiency tools.
- Coordinate social media management efforts across platforms like Facebook Advertising and other social media advertising campaigns to expand reach and foster community engagement.
- Track campaign performance through analytics tools, prepare detailed reports on web analytics reporting, and adjust strategies accordingly to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on affiliate marketing, SEM, Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
- Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website management and performance marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability in content creation, copywriting, graphic design for digital channels, and social media management.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems such as WordPress or similar CMS.
- Strong understanding of paid search marketing strategies including Facebook Advertising and social media advertising campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret web analytics data to inform decision-making.
- Experience in B2B (business-to-business) marketing within the financial sector is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
