Marketing Copywriter – EUR 240-290 / day

Properstar is a global real-estate platform connecting buyers, renters, and agents across international markets. Our marketing spans B2C growth, B2B partnerships, product launches, and lifecycle communication — across web, campaigns, CRM, and product surfaces. We’re looking for a marketing copywriter who can confidently write across channels, adapt tone for both B2C and B2B audiences, and contribute to SEO-driven and campaign-driven content at scale. This role is execution-heavy, collaborative, and requires strong judgment and ownership.

What you’ll do

  • Write high-quality marketing copy across channels, including:
    • Website and landing pages
    • Campaigns (email, paid media, CRM)
    • Product and feature messaging
    • Partner and agent (B2B) communications
  • Adapt messaging and tone for both B2C and B2B contexts
  • Support light B2B social media copywriting, such as:
    • Drafting copy for LinkedIn and similar channels
    • Adapting existing messaging for social distribution
    • Supporting campaign- or launch-related social content

(Social media is a supporting channel, not a core focus of the role.)

  • Create and update SEO-optimized content, including:
    • Keyword research and search intent analysis
    • Structuring and writing content for discoverability and conversion
  • Support SEO strategy through content execution and optimization
  • Publish and maintain content using WordPress (or similar CMS)
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing on:
    • Messaging priorities
    • Campaign execution
    • Go-to-market initiatives
  • Manage your own workload across multiple projects and timelines

What we’re looking for

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing copywriting or content roles
  • Proven experience writing for:
    • Websites and landing pages
    • Marketing campaigns
    • Digital channels (email, paid, CRM)
  • Excellent English writing skills (near-native level required)
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals:
    • Keyword research
    • SEO-friendly copy and structure
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress or similar CMS
  • Basic proficiency in B2B social media copy, particularly LinkedIn

(copywriting and adaptation, not community management)

  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
  • Able to balance speed, quality, and clarity in a fast-moving environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in marketplaces, SaaS, or proptech
  • Experience working across international markets
  • Additional languages:
    • French or German (strong plus)
    • Portuguese or Spanish (nice to have)
