Long Form YouTube Scriptwriter – $100-$200 Per Project

OSSA.AI is my tech company, that is leading the way in AI-driven content creation, and we’re growing fast—just passing 175,000 users in the last 8 months! We’re looking for a Lead Scriptwriter to join our team and help us grow the OSSA.AI YouTube channel. In this role, you’ll work directly with me, @Coelwherld to turn ideas into long-form scripts for the OSSA.AI YouTube channel. Your work will be instrumental in helping us reach new users globally.

Requirements

  • Proven track record writing scripts for large YouTube creators with strong personal brands.
  • Experience writing scripts for videos that have gone viral on YouTube.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to spot and develop video ideas for both long-form.
  • Experience writing long-form scripts for companies (ideally SaaS)
  • In-depth understanding of YouTube scripting frameworks that drive virality.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
  • Collaborative experience working with executives and creative teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO and video editors to create viral video concepts for long-form OSSA.AI videos
  • Write long-form scripts for OSSA.AI’s YouTube channel
  • Develop video titles and new concepts based on successful past content and emerging trends.
  • Manage and submit scripts using our long-form content management system in Airtable.
  • Attend weekly ideation meetings and other one-off meetings as needed.
  • Stay on top of social media trends, scripting techniques, and viral content strategies.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience in AI, tech, or SaaS-related industries.
  • Experience working with large AI creators or AI companies.
  • Familiarity with YouTube analytics and SEO best practices for long-form video content.
