Link Building Specialist
About Cavmir: At Cavmir, we are a fast-growing agency managing a diverse portfolio of 8 in-house brands and over 30 client brands. We are looking for a dedicated, hyper-focused Link Building Specialist to be the engine behind our off-page SEO success. If you are someone who lives and breathes backlink strategy and loves the daily grind of outreach and acquisition, this role is built entirely around what you do best.
Your primary mission is straightforward: secure high-quality backlinks all day, every day.
- Execute Daily Campaigns: Actively prospect and acquire powerful, relevant backlinks for our 40+ in-house and client brands across various niches.
- Conduct Strategic Outreach: Craft highly personalized pitches for guest posts, niche edits, and resource page links to webmasters and editors.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain a strong network of site owners, bloggers, and digital PR contacts for reliable, ongoing link placements.
- Monitor Quality & Metrics: Ensure all acquired links meet our strict quality standards (focusing on DR, DA, organic traffic, and relevance) while strictly avoiding spammy or toxic sites.
- Organize & Report: Keep meticulous track of outreach pipelines, live links, and overall domain authority growth across our extensive portfolio.
- Proven Track Record: Hands-on experience in manual link building with a portfolio of live placements you can show us.
- Tool Proficiency: Deep familiarity with industry-standard SEO and outreach tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush, Pitchbox, or Hunter.io).
- Master Organizer: The ability to seamlessly juggle multiple brands, different industries, and hundreds of email threads without losing track.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written communication skills to write compelling outreach emails that actually get replies.
- White-Hat Mentality: A strong understanding of current SEO best practices and a commitment to safe, sustainable link-building methods.
