Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, report findings and suggest improvements.

Technical Competencies

Familiarity with state legislation QA and software used for managing regulatory compliance can be advantageous.

Ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory language, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in consolidated bills and regulatory documentation.

Role-Specific Competencies

Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards that govern legislative systems and regulatory compliance.

Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance procedures, conducting audits, and documenting findings.

Team Collaboration

Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide support for continuous improvement initiatives.
