Humana is seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications Lead, Social Media and Content to join our Corporate Communications team. This role is pivotal in supporting Humana’s enterprise social channels, driving engagement, and enhancing our brand presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media strategy, analytics/listening, and data-driven content creation, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns from start to finish.
Key Role Functions
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to support Humana’s business objectives and enhance brand visibility
- Manage and oversee content creation, ensuring it aligns with Humana’s brand voice and resonates with our target audience
- Utilize social listening tools such as Sprinklr to monitor and analyze social media trends, conversations, and sentiment, providing actionable insights to inform strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using project management tools like Monday.com to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and achieve measurable results
- Lead the development and execution of social media campaigns, from concept to completion, demonstrating tangible impact on brand awareness and customer engagement
- Analyze social media performance metrics using platforms like Adobe Analytics and Sprinklr, generating dashboards and reports to track the effectiveness of owned and earned campaigns and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Capable of translating insights into actionable strategies that maximize engagement and performance
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring Humana remains at the forefront of digital innovation
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
